Carpenter 20 Cb-3 Plates is an austenitic alloy with nickel-iron-chromium based; it has excellent corrosion resistance in chemical environments which contains sulfuric acid and many other aggressive media.In order to resist intergranular corrosion, it is stabilized with niobium.
2.4660 Alloy 20 Sheet is widely used in petrochemical and refining,chemical processing, pharmaceutical, marine and food processing. Its end use applications are agitators, storage tanks, pump and valve parts, mixing tanks, fasteners, fittings and food processing equipment. As per ASME its applications are limited to a temperature of maximum1000°F.
