Our president Tom Rowe started TRowe.net with the idea that customer service should always come first. He began as a one man shop doing break/fix work for home users and local businesses. With a reputation for excellent customer service, Tom built a business based on steady and sustainable growth. In 2004 TRowe.net transitioned from a break/fix business model into a true Managed Service Provider. This new model allowed us to partner with our clients to service all of their IT needs pro-actively, on a fixed cost basis, and with a common goal – smooth and efficient IT operations that increase business productivity. We provide the resources to help our clients better succeed in business, and in their daily activities.
