In 1996, Bernard Persoons decided to give a new destiny to the Belgian subsidiary of the French group SEA, International IT services company, based in Belgium through two entities in St-Niklaas and Brussels.

With a long experience in the development of IT applications, this subsidiary became a Belgian company under the name of Bisoft S.A. This company focuses on the management of infrastructures and projects management in the field of SMEs sector, education sector but also in public administrations and Public Welfare Centre.

Supporting ongoing training of its staff, Bisoft intends to support its customers throughout their own development, by anticipating their needs, providing innovative solutions and by maintaining their technical infrastructure in a daily way.

Bisoft is part of the BDE group, also including Ecologic, DRP Agency and BDE Training Center.
