Since 1987, Carmen has been developing a keen understanding of the dynamics of a great party. He calls it the Art of The Party, and it is the founding principle of the companies he has founded.

In 2005 and 2006, Carmen proudly served as the President of the New York Metro chapter of International Special Events Society. (now know as ILEA He became a member of ILEA in 1994; during that time, he has held a variety of leadership positions, including Director, Secretary, Treasurer and President-Elect.

In addition to his efforts with ISES, from 2008-2010 Carmen was on the board of IACEP – the International Association of Corporate Entertainment Producers.

At present, Carmen serves on the board of the Philly Pops.

Carmen is the founder and CEO of World Entertainment Productions a.k.a. CTO ARTISTS; an entertainment production and management company that carefully selects and trains affiliated bands and performers.

The mission of CTO Artists is to serve its clients, employees and subcontractors with elegance, integrity, respect and professionalism. CTO ARTISTS is dedicated to earning the trust and respect of its clients by providing perfectly matched, high-quality entertainment for their events.

After having personally produced, attended to, and performed well over 1000 events, Carmen’s passion is undiminished, and he is always looking for ways to perfect CTO Artists.
