Veryfi was born with a vision to put a bookkeeper into your pocket.

Born out of our own pains and frustrations managing tax obligations in a spreadsheet, weekends spent doing endless data entry, books reconciliation and then having to use a carrier pigeon to ship it all to our CPA. We had enough. So we decided to rethink this old-school batched approach to bookkeeping for the time-poor self-employed & small businesses.

We automated the boring parts of accounting (date entry, categorization & reconciliation) with machines, not humans. This means that no one except YOU is looking at and accessing your data. Veryfi is a HIPAA compliant solution. You can now rest assured your financial data is safe.

We also made Veryfi a real-time “system of record”. A technical feat above the rest. Now you could truly throw away those receipts after each scan.

Getting the foundation right has allowed us to build data models that automate many facets of bookkeeping with high precision. And setting the ground work for whats to come next!
