We are in the business of recruitment and labour-hire. We have been working with Interactive Manpower Solutions (IMS) since March 2012. IMS People has been most helpful in filling in for areas of our service where we lack experience, or where we have insufficient resources. IMS People staff members have been both professional and effective in their dealings with us. This has included business development, candidate sourcing, screening and head-hunting. Weve been using IMS People for three months to help us source for highly skilled talent in a very tight market and have been very pleased with the service. The candidates they source are provided with clock-work regularity and are pre-qualified using the qualifiers we have requested which saves us time. The minor adjustments to the process weve asked for were immediately put into service so we feel it is a good partnership. IMS People is an important strategic partner for our recruiting business. We started working with IMS in May of 2013 and have had a tremendous amount of success with the team. We found ourselves looking to grow our MSP/VMS business and had to find a cost effective solution that could be fully integrated to our back office. We have dedicated recruiters that I consider critical members of our recruitment team. The staff is 100% dedicated to our success, extremely hard working, professional and have had fantastic results. Our MSP / VMS business model went from a pure start up to 50 folks on billing within the first 6+ months. This revenue was generated directly from their recruitment results and efforts. Additionally, IMS People was able to fully integrate with our internal databases, and efficiently show our clients and candidates that we have a global footprint.
