It is a state level voluntary organization working in the field of rural development in various social welfare activities for the last 22 years.
IRDEO is selected for the newly ventured project of “Shikho & Kamao” (Learn & Earn) under the Ministry of Minority, Govt. of India, New Delhi for providing short term courses to the minority community youths in the state of Assam, Tripura, Mizoram, Nagaland, Manipur state etc.
