I want to take a moment to recognize the work by the Indusa team over the last couple of days. These updates to the solution came in quick with tight deadlines. Having the changes coded and implemented in such quick time is greatly appreciated.

Indusa has been outstanding about responding to our technical needs, often on very short notice. I look at them as an extension of my local team. Turnover is one of the things that I hate when working with consultants. Indusa however does a very good job of retaining their developers. Weve had only one developer change in the last 2 years, which is excellent. I think retaining their current experienced set of developers (so there is continuity), and maintaining their dependable work ethic is key to us retaining them. Their technical development team is solid, and they have wide variety of experience, even in non-Microsoft technologies, which pleasantly surprised me, and turned out to be extremely useful. Their QA team is very diligent. Some bugs are hard to consistently replicate. When their QA team hits such a bug, they will work very hard to replicate the problem consistently which makes fixing the bug much easier.

Just wanted to shoot you a note to let you know that we are very pleased with the work you guys have done for us to-date. The team on our account has been a pleasure to work with, always ask the right questions and always deliver. As you may have noticed, we are continuing to ramp-up slowly and your team has done a great job taking it on and delivering on time. Just wanted to say thanks.
