We first upgrade your existing skill database and build a super profile of your entire team with a huge library of IT skills mapped to category, subcategory and skillsets. This is then made available for advanced filtered & faceted search. Next we integrate your existing project management systems to bring in the availability and capacity information. Finally cost and margin information are added to track project costs and manage quotes. For the Delivery & Operations Heads we provide advanced decision support tools and analytics to monitor project margins, forecast revenues and ensure they are aligned with company budgets and expectations.
