Eezi (stylized as ‘eezi’) is a software development company based in the Philippines that helps make micro and small businesses adapt to modern technological requirements.

That said, our software features a configurable payroll that allows you to set items from salary and bonuses to de minimis without limits. There is no need to upgrade to premium if you are on the free trial to use all of its functions.

It has a simplified interface, too, so learning your way around is fairly easy, but it is best to ask for support to ensure the accuracy of your inputs (after all, we’re talking about people’s payroll here).

Its document management is also reliable. Plus, it has no-nonsense timekeeping and attendance too. Furthermore, it comes with a progressive web app that works on any device. The mobile version does not take up too much space, and it allows employees to check attendance, file leaves, log time disputes, and even view and download payslips. The system also has analytics and reporting features, which is a bonus.

The system is mainly tailored for small businesses, and it is currently free (with all of its features) for organizations with 25 or fewer employees. We do not ask for credit cards or commitments, just feedback on how to improve the system. I highly recommend this for MSMEs who are wanting to shift to automation or want to shift to a more straightforward payroll system that is perfectly suited to their business needs.
