CustomTec started out as a pioneer in providing enterprise IT management and support to the small/medium business sector. Our proactive approach to service delivery uses an advanced IT management platform and skilled engineers to provide support to medium organisations to enterprise corporations.
CustomTec started in 2004. After 15 years working for various IT integrators, the founder Damian Higgins had a vision to set up a business providing enterprise-grade solutions to business. Since then CustomTec has grown to become a significant player in the local market with Head Office and an Operations Centre in Sydney, Hosting facilities in Sydney and Singapore and engineers spread across the whole of Australia. Drawing on over 60 years of management experience working across a range of different industries CustomTec is well prepared to provide technical business solutions to established and new businesses.
