i've been working with the Cross-Tab programming team for 3 years. From the beginning the company was proving very flexible in hiring the right people. I was given every freedom to be part of the recruitment stage and combined with the expertise from Cross-Tab themselves, we've managed to put a strong team together. As the knowledge on our software was not enough, a group was sent over to our office to be trained so the dynamics within our team was understood and of course the programming knowledge got well enough to start working on simple projects. From there on the team has shown a fantastic effort to learn new techniques, solutions in JavaScript and more. This all resulted in a very comfortable working atmosphere between our project managers through Europe and the CT programming team. Today, assigning projects between the local team or the Cross-Tab team is not biased and I consider the SP team as a local team with which we work very close. Our biggest client of the Rotterdam office is very happy with the synergy of the CT team and our Research and Development team, which resulted in a big increase of revenue
