We started Behaviorly in 2022 in response to a rapidly growing need for behavioral health training. As the number of students and adults requiring special assistance increases, the demand for qualified professionals grows with it. However, the quality of training for those professionals has not kept up with demand. In-person RBT training is costly and inaccessible to many prospective RBTs, and video training is often pre-recorded, with no assessments along the way to track your progress. Our instructors, with over 20,000 hours of cumulative RBT and BCBA training experience, knew there had to be a better way. Behaviorly was born out of a mission to make behavioral health more attainable for anyone seeking a more rewarding career path. We saw how fulfilling and lucrative the behavioral health field has been for thousands of working professionals, and we were driven to make that option more accessible to all. The need is great, and we’re proud to create and excited to share an environment where behavioral health education is understandable, enjoyable, and outcome-oriented.
