Asmae acts daily to combat the distress suffered by children in vulnerable situations (children from poor families, street children, those who are disabled or abused, etc.). Asmae intervenes so that all children can benefit from equal conditions in order to develop as an individual. With the belief that all children carry inside them the potential to assert themselves tomorrow as positive actors in society, Asmae wants to fight against all factors that hinder children’s development (insecurity, discrimination, disease, social misery, etc.). Asmae’s main goal is therefore to enable children to develop independence, so that they can enter society making their own choices, while fully assuming their responsibilities. To do this, Asmae works on different levels (emotional, cognitive, physical and social), providing the necessary support for children to overcome any obstacle, discover their skills and become wholly fulfilled.
