"Birla Carbon Management Consulting (BCMC) had given the contract for redoing the website to A1 Future Technologies, since their quality of work was and is well reputed in Calcutta.
A1 Future was initially asked to redesign and edit the website that had been uploaded for more than 6 months. However, we were unhappy with the work of the previous web site developer and wanted the same modified.
During the month that followed, A1 Future coordinated extremely well with the IT people at our office. In order to be able to provide the right pictures, the exact outlook and the final get up that would be in perfect harmony with what our Company is all about, their technicians and business developers, took the pains to understand what our business was about, what services we offer and what message do we want to deliver to our clients. Once A1 Future Professionals understood these all important aspects, they went about their job meticulously with great attention to detail. The speed with which the work progressed was also extremely commendable.
What is most admirable about the quality of their service is the values of patience and active listening in each of their employees. We often changed the texts and pictures and the outlines again and again for different pages, but the developers never got frustrated at any point of time. Instead, they would suggest further changes, new logos and images. This reflected the sheer enthusiasm in the way they go about their tasks.
Lastly, it was a great learning experience for us as well because of the transparent attitude A1 Future Technologies adopts in its work culture. We learnt a lot about various issues related to web page designing and IT in general from them. They were always willing to answer questions, address any concern and clear any doubts that we had.
