Terms of Service

By creating an account, submitting a listing, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the company you represent, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including but not limited to vendors who submit company or product listings, buyers who browse and request information, and visitors who access the Platform without an account.

Bizoforce is a B2B marketplace and IT vendor directory platform. The Platform provides:

• A searchable directory of IT companies, vendors, and service providers.
• Company and product listing management for vendors.
• Lead generation tools — including a lead marketplace and contact forms.
• Buyer-vendor matching via search, filters, and the SUGAR scoring framework.
• Review and rating submission for IT products and services.
• Subscription plans granting access to premium features.
• AI-powered tools and insights for registered vendors (subject to subscription tier).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at clientservices@bizoforce.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information about your company or products.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or third parties.
• Scrape, crawl, or data-mine the Platform without our written consent.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
• Circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law, including data protection and employment regulations.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits or moderation decisions.

Vendor Obligations

Vendors who list companies or products on the Platform represent and warrant that: (a) they have authority to list the company or product; (b) all submitted information is accurate and not misleading; and (c) the listing does not infringe any third-party rights. Bizoforce reserves the right to remove or reject any listing at its sole discretion.

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Platform ("User Content"), including company descriptions, product information, logos, and review text. By submitting User Content, you grant Bizoforce a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

Content Standards

All User Content must:

• Be accurate and not misleading.
• Relate to a legitimate IT company, product, or service.
• Not contain spam, unsolicited advertising, or irrelevant information.
• Not violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Not include personally identifiable information of third parties without their consent.

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or reject any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these standards or the spirit of the Platform.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experience. Incentivised reviews, reviews written by the reviewed company's employees, or reviews intended to harm a competitor are prohibited. We may remove reviews that we believe violate these standards.

The Platform and its original content — including but not limited to the SUGAR scoring framework, design, trademarks, logos, and software — are and will remain the exclusive property of Bizoforce Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without our prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law (e.g., fair use).

Subscription Fees

Access to certain features of the Platform requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via our payment processor (PayPal). By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which you will retain access until the period expires.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price changes. Your continued use of a paid subscription after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST, VAT). You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bizoforce Technologies Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (b) INR 5,000 (five thousand Indian Rupees).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users, to us, or to third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at clientservices@bizoforce.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

Before commencing formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through informal negotiation for a period of 30 days following written notice of the dispute.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, by sending an in-app notification or email.

By continuing to access or use the Platform after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
