San Fernando Valley DBT

San Fernando Valley DBT is a comprehensive outpatient mental health program serving teens and adults. We provide high-quality, fully adherent dialectical behavioral therapy, or DBT, as well as weekly individual therapies and DBT skills groups. We are the longest-running DBT Program in the San Fernando Valley and have a team of highly trained therapists who provide treatment. We serve the West Valley as well as Sherman Oaks, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, Agoura, Westlake, Encino, Tarzana, and Studio City.
