OCPS Building Inspections

All Inspections cover over and above the Australian Standards AS4349.3-2010 and AS4349.1-2007, all reports include photo evidence of any defects discovered plus the following items are all checked. Roof Line including gutters, downpipes and appropriate connection to storm water, construction, window frames, sub-floor, surrounding trees, perimeter fence line, garage, sheds, pergolas and balconies, interior roof, insulation, smoke detectors, safety switches, kitchen and bathrooms including plumbing and electrical.
