This past weekend on early Sunday morning, I called the help desk, because my laptop was giving me a strange blue error screen that looked like severe trouble. Upon leaving a message for the help desk the person on duty who immediately called me back at my house. He made a special trip to meet me at your office and of course, he was able to fix it and hand it right back to me which REALLY saved my week. I just wanted to let you know (perhaps what you know already) how much that meant to me! Dear NTIVA, I am writing to thank you for the excellent service you have provided in helping us plan, create and launch our new website. Throughout the entire process, every member of the staff has been a pleasure to work with. All of our questions and requests have been answered very efficiently. Best of all, your staff has always made everything very clear to us so that we feel comfortable and fully aware of every aspect of the project. The quality of the result is better than we could have ever expected. Each page looks amazing and we've had countless customers, vendors and even competitors compliment us on the appearance and functionality. Our improved analytics are a testament to NTIVA's capability and execution. Even though we've scaled back our Pay-Per-Click marketing, visits are up 17%, page views are up 82%, page views/visit are up 56% and our bounce rate is down 19% (measured from date of launch 4-24-09 through today 11-12-09 as compared to that same period in 2008). This increase in traffic and improvement in the quality of traffic has translated into a huge boost in sales. Without NTIVA's help, we never would have achieved such incredible results. One would think that such amazing service and results must come with an exorbitant price tag. You should know that we shopped around for web design/development and your quote was very reasonable.
