Maersk Global Services Centres (India) Pvt Ltd is a company registered in India, under the companies Act, 1956. The company is engaged in providing IT Enabled Services (i.e. ITES) to AP Moller – Maersk (APMM) Group of companies. APMM is a company registered in Denmark, which inter – alia, carries on international container shipping business and operations under the trade name Maersk Line. MGSCIPL is a fully owned subsidiary of Maersk GSC Holding A/s which in turn is a subsidiary of the APMM Group. MGSCIPL provides the services from three units, one each located at Mumbai, Pune and Chennai. All the three units are registered as 100% EOU under Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) scheme.
