Maclight OLED (organic light-emitting diode) display modules are the best choice for small and medium-sized display technologies. OLED displays are extremely thin, with unlimited viewing angles, high brightness and high contrast ratio. These devices provide fast response times, up to 1/10 of the response times of typical LCD displays. Low power supply options are available from 3V to 5V. The yellow and green color options have a lifespan of up to 100K hours. The red, blue, and white emission color options have a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. Maclight OLED display module modules are offered in three technical designs: chip-on-board (COB), chip-on-glass (COG), and automatic tape bonding (TAB).

Maclight Display Chip-on-Board (COB) OLED Display Module

Maclight Chip-on-Board (COB) OLED display module features a board-mounted controller. These display modules are available in both graphic and character formats. The OLED display module has sunlight reading and polarization options. The character COB OLED display module consists of an array of pixel grids and is primarily used to display text and small icons. The Graphic COB OLED Display Module consists of a single large grid of pixels. It can display text, but it is ideal for displaying images.

Maclight Display Chip-on-Glass (COG) OLED Display Module

Maclight Chip-on-Glass (COG) OLED display module features a display controller that is etched into the glass rather than on the PCB. This design eliminates the need for an external graphics controller and provides pixel-by-pixel control of the display buffer. These display modules are available in both graphic and character formats. The character COG OLED display module consists of an array of pixel grids and is primarily used to display text and small icons. The Graphic COG OLED Display Module consists of a single large grid of pixels. It can display text, but it is ideal for displaying images.
