Osprey Scientific Inc. has worked with F12 for over two years. F12 has become an extension of our team. Our relationship with F12 has been critical to our daily productivity. They have reduced overall costs and their response and customer service has exceeded our expectations. We are continuing to grow and work with F12 as our needs grow; service is important to us and they deliver with a knowledgeable and caring person when we have problems. Not all correspondence is forced to be by email or voice mail, they actually talk to their customers.

With our office staff and market share continuing to grow, we needed someone [IT support] who could met our needs for equipment and service, and F12 was there.
