"Our manual system of issuing STAs was time consuming and tedious hence the need for an automated system. We worked with Arowana for a good two to three years on policy matters and other system related details. On 18th March 2014 when "Journeys" went live for a limited audience we had a lot of queries coming in but there was nothing we could not handle. Some queries got sorted immediately some took time, however, the outcome was always good. The employee went back satisfied and the feeling of accomplishment was immense. When the system opened on 1st April 2014 for all employees pan India, the queries kept pouring-in but again there was always a working solution and an answer to all problems. Now at this point after "Journeys" has run successfully for 2 months, we have a lot of employees come and tell us that the system is 'Wow' and it gives them the flexibility to do last minute bookings without much adieu. The system is almost seamless and gives employees to travel without too much of human intervention. This makes it effective, logical and error free"

The STMS system now DART is a very seamless and quick booking engine. There were a lot of enhancements made on it and a number of robotic applications running at the backend. Keeping in mind all the activities, the employees at Jet Airways are very happy with the booking system, due to the simplicity and speed it provides the employee to make his/her online booking. I am personally satisfied with the outcome of the much awaited system. While we had our issues, coupled with a lot of complexity that as an organization we brought into the system. At the end of the day, it has turned out very well. Congratulations to everyone that has worked on this project. It has been appreciated very well at Jet Airways.

It took us sometime to get it right but I think the product you'll have developed for us is comparable to some of the best staff travel systems out there. And most importantly, the Arowana team has always been very customer centric and worked with us in making our vision come to life. Good show guys!
